The Middleton Theatre Stage has a full width of 62' wide x 20' deep (19m x 6m) with the performing platform 3' (1m) higher than the main auditorium floor.

The stage is fully retractable incorporating 3 independent sections to suit your requirements

The stage usually plays 42' wide x 20' deep (13m x 6m) with additional depth available with bolt on stage extensions which allows the playing width to increase by 4' in depth (1.3m) from Centre Line.  The extension also allows the playing width to increase to 48' (14.75m).

There are two sets of stage treads to allow egress from either side of the stage.

Line Sets

Middleton Theatre incorporates a fully double purchase counterweighted fly floor giving flying and winch bars (line sets) over the complete depth of the stage.  The stage features 15 fully double purchase counterweighted line sets and 6 winch bars. The fly grid caters for full height scenery with the fly floor having a safe working load of 1/2 metric ton.

We have fully adjustable cloth proscenium arch usually located on LS 1 of the counterweight system.
